The frozen services are divided into 5 lots, each subject to a separate contract as follows: Lot 1: Meat and salted products Lot 2: Seafood and freshwater products (fish and shellfish) Lot 3: Fruits, vegetables, potatoes, herbs and condiments Lot 4: Pastries, desserts and sweet processed products Lot 5: Breads and pastries

poultry meat and beef: raw, cooked, marinated or processed (dumplings, chicken wings...) Processed seafood: squid fritters, fish dumplings, breaded fish... Salted products: stuffed pasta, samosas, gnocchi, buckwheat cakes, grated cheeses.

Crustaceans: shrimps, Norway lobsters, prawns... Molluscs: mussels, cuttlefish, squid, chipirons... Seawater fish: local, tuna, salmon, monkfish, St Pierre, hake... Freshwater fish: pikeperch, pike.

Fruits: brown, strawberry, pineapple, raspberry, mango, mixed fruit... Vegetables: plain, pan-fried, mixed vegetables, cut, pureed... Potatoes in all its forms: cubes, fries, potatoes, rings, hazelnuts, dolphins... Herbs and condiments: garlic, parsley, basil, in all its forms; Chopped, minced, pureed.

Pastries and desserts: chouquette, éclair, flan, millefeuilles, pie, tartlet, cake and entremet, portionnable or individual ... Sweet processed products: fruit puree, fruit coulis.

Bread: bagel, sandwich plate, sofa bread, kebab bread, Nordic bread, bagnat bread, Viennese sandwich bread, ciabatta ... Viennoiseries: pain au chocolat, croissant, pain au raisin, faluche, brioche.
