Framework agreement wind turbine

Stadtwerke Lemgo GmbH has several properties available at two different project locations in the city of Barntrup, Lippe district. At these locations, it is currently possible to implement wind turbine (wind turbine) projects.

Site 1 is located in the northeast of the city of Barntrup and bears the project name “Barntrup-Nord”. The available areas enable the positioning of two wind turbines with the largest possible plant technology currently on the market. Taking into account various distance criteria (building load radius, rotor radius and turbulence ellipses) and with regard to the overall structure of the project location (e.g. terrain structure, forest cover, country-specific distance specifications, pre-planning findings), the following classification of the wind turbines is planned:

- 2 wind turbines classified A1 rotor diameter: at least 141 m; maximum 171 m total height: at least 201 m; maximum 251 m

Note: The odd figures take into account possible rounding of the decimal places.

Location 2 is located in the east of the city of Barntrup near the North Rhine-Westphalian border with Lower Saxony and is named the “Barntrup-Ost” project. The available areas enable the positioning of two wind turbines with medium-sized rotor diameters using modern plant technology or alternatively a wind turbine of the largest possible plant technology currently on the market. Taking into account various distance criteria (building load radius, rotor radius and turbulence ellipses) and with regard to the overall structure of the project location (e.g. terrain structure, forest cover, country-specific distance specifications, pre-planning findings), the following classification of the wind turbines is envisaged as option 1:

- wind turbine 1 classified B1 rotor diameter: at least 121 m; maximum 140.99 m total height: at least 201 m; maximum 251 m

- wind turbine 2 classified B2 rotor diameter: at least 121 m; maximum 140.99 m total height: at least 181 m; maximum 200.99 m

As an alternative to option 1, the following wind turbine classification can be taken into account at the Barntrup-Ost site:

- 1 wind turbine classified A1 rotor diameter: at least 141 m; maximum 171 m total height: at least 201 m; maximum 251 m
