The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for large-scale reduction models for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin for the needs of the project "Center for the Exploitation of Floating Objects" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:
- description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1a to the SWZ (for task No. 1), Annex No. 1b to the SWZ (for task No. 2), Annex No. 1c to the SWZ (for task No. 3).
- the proposed provisions of the contract set out in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5)
