1. The object of the order is a service consisting of:
a) part 1 of the contract - Continuation of management and animation activities of the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process as part of the Małopolska smart specialization Life Sciences;
b) lot 2 of the order -. Organization of the management structure and animation of the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process (PPO) as part of the Małopolska smart specialization Sustainable Energy
2. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract and constitute Annex 1Ca to the SWZ (part 1) and 1 Cb to the SWZ (part 2) respectively (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 1D to the SGW.
