The purpose of this contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a partner (by lot) for direct mail services by post (postal mailing) for the printing and processing of "paper" communications intended for subscribers by bank domiciliation of the National Lottery and the members of the Lottery club.

The market is divided into two lots:

- lot 1: direct mail of communications intended for subscribers by direct debit;

- lot 2: direct mail of communications intended for members of the Lottery Club.

As a compulsory option, this contract also includes postal delivery (postage costs).
