The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood to be performed in the Przysucha Forest District in 2023 - fifth procedure. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts (packages): Package 6 – forestry Rawicz; Package 11 – Fire protection.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding wood to be performed in the Przysucha Forest District in 2023, Forestry Rawicz. The material scope of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding resulting from the annexes to the SWZ. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in the "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests along with the changes introduced by amending decisions and Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Radom adopted by Decision No. 47 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of July 15, 2022 on the approval of the "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the RDSF in Radom" in organizational units of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Radom, as amended. The regulations and rules that the Contractor will be obliged to comply with in particular in the implementation of the subject of the contract are presented in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. If the contractor intends to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is obliged to indicate in its tender the part of the contract (material scopes) that it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. If no subcontracting is indicated in the Tender, the Contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing activities in the field of contract performance consisting in the acquisition and skidding of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. Deaths). Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing corrections, arrangements for new locations, as well as to suspend the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of fire protection, resulting from the annexes to the SWZ. The quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions and Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Radom adopted by Decision No. 47 of the Regional Director of State Forests of July 15, 2022 on the approval of the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works in the RDSF in Radom" in organizational units of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Radom with amendments. The regulations and rules that the Contractor will be obliged to comply with in particular when implementing the subject of the contract are presented in the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks regarding the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of an intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is obliged to indicate in its tender the part of the contract (material scopes), the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of possible subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication of subcontracting in the Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. died.). Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing adjustments, determining new locations, as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract.
