The purpose of this contract is the supply of tyres and the performance of related services. Among the services requested, we find in particular: assembly, balancing, vulcanization and mobile troubleshooting.

The list of all the services requested is included in the technical part of the special specifications and in the inventory.

The contract will also include a tyre delivery service, with or without storage, with or without services, exclusively for a limited number of services of the Walloon administration (management, district ...)

In addition, sustainable development considerations are integrated, in particular through the valuation of existing stock and control tools allowing a more responsible management of the car fleet.

The tenderer must be able to supply and deliver all types of new tyres for passenger vehicles

For each type of tyre and exclusively for the dimensions included in the reference inventory, the supplier offers for each of them, at least 1 price and a maximum of 2 prices.)

At the same time, the tenderer is also required to provide a tyre delivery and mobile service.

The tenderer must be able to supply and deliver all types of new tyres for "SUV and 4x4" vehicles

For each type of tyre and exclusively for the dimensions included in the reference inventory, the supplier offers for each of them, at least 1 price and a maximum of 2 prices.)

At the same time, the tenderer is also required to provide a tyre delivery and mobile service.

The tenderer must be able to supply and deliver all types of new tyres for "van" type vehicles

For each type of tyre and exclusively for the dimensions included in the reference inventory, the supplier offers for each of them, at least 1 price and a maximum of 2 prices.)

At the same time, the tenderer is also required to provide a tyre delivery and mobile service.

The tenderer must be able to supply and deliver all types of new tyres for heavy goods vehicles

For each type of tyre and exclusively for the dimensions included in the reference inventory, the supplier offers for each of them, at least 1 price and a maximum of 2 prices.)

At the same time, the tenderer is also required to provide a tyre delivery and mobile service.

The tenderer must be able to supply and deliver all types of new tyres for vehicles of the "industrial, agricultural and trailer" type.

For each type of tyre and exclusively for the dimensions included in the reference inventory, the supplier offers for each of them, at least 1 price and a maximum of 2 prices.)

At the same time, the tenderer is also required to provide a tyre delivery and mobile service.
