the purpose of this contract is the treatment of Ash under boilers and under reactor (ash) and Residues from the purification of household waste incineration fumes (Refiom) from bag filters, from the Centre de Valorisation Energétique des Déchets (Cved) of the SITDCE, in Colmar (68) by way of material recovery or burial in an approved center in accordance with the regulations
ash treatment and REFIOM by means of material recoverythe services requested concern:
- the evacuation, transport of ashes and residues from the purification of household waste incineration fumes (Refiom) from the Colmar Waste-to-Energy Recovery Centre (Cved);
- the reception and treatment of ashes and REFIOM in a material recovery center (within the meaning of European Directive No. 2005/0281 (COD) of 21/12/2005) approved to treat ashes and REFIOM under conditions that comply in all respects with the regulations in force;
- the supply of Large Bulk Containers (IBCs) of the "big-bag" type adapted both to CVED and to treatment centers (recovery and / or burial)
ash treatment and REFIOM by inerting process followed by ISDD burialthe services requested concern:
- the evacuation, transport of ashes and residues from the purification of household waste incineration fumes (Refiom) from the Colmar Waste-to-Energy Recovery Centre (Cved);
- the reception and treatment of ashes and REFIOM in an approved landfill to receive hazardous waste under conditions that comply in all respects with the regulations in force;
- the supply of Large Bulk Containers (IBCs) of the "big-bag" type adapted both to CVED and to treatment centers (recovery and / or burial)
