The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation on the roofs of buildings and on the ground together with the necessary technical infrastructure and equipment enabling connection of the installation to the power grid. The material scope includes: delivery and assembly of photovoltaic modules, installation of a photovoltaic inverter, execution of cable routes, execution of current protection. Devices must be brand new. The subject of the contract – as an investment was divided into 13 tasks. Tasks shall not constitute a separate part of the contract. Each task concerns a different public facility.

1. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 28.8 kWp on the roof of the Świekatowo Library building, 2 Tucholska Street, Świekatowo Commune, precinct 0018, Journal No. 275/3; 280/12, as well as the preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 2. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 6.0 kWp on the roof of the Orchestra's building at 24 Tucholska Street in Świekatów, as well as the preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 3. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 19.2 kWp on the land included in the Małe Łąkie hydrophore, Świekatowo commune, precinct 0011, journal No. 104/7, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 4. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 26.8 kWp on the roof of the Świekatowo hydrophore building and the building located on the neighboring plot, Świekatowo Commune, precinct 0018, Journal No. 282/21; 464, as well as the preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. The scope of works also includes the repair of roofing material - approx. 92 m² of roofing felt. 5. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 7.2 kWp on the roof of the School building in Jania Góra 36, Świekatowo Commune, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 6. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 10.8 kWp on the roof of the Common Room building in Lubania Lipiny 44a, Świekatowo Commune, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 7. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 49.6 kWp on the land included in the Sewage Treatment Plant ul, Żwirowa 11 Świekatowo, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 8. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 10.8 kWp on the roof of the Clinic + GOPS building in Świekatowo at 6 Tucholska Street, Świekatowo Commune, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 9. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 49.6 kWp on the roof of the gymnasium belonging to the Primary School at 20a Dworcowa Street in Świekatów, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. The scope of the contract also includes the repair of roofing of approx. 557 m² of heat-welded roofing felt. 10. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 10.8 kWp on the land included in the building of the Szewno 15a Common Room, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 11. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 10.8 kWp on the land forming part of the Common Room building at 7 Koronowska Street in Świekatów, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. 12. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 10.8 kWp on the roof of the Common Room building in Tuszyny 32, Świekatowo Commune, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation. The scope of the contract also includes the repair of roofing of approx. 300 m² of heat-welded roofing felt. 13. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation with a minimum capacity of 16 kWp on 2 roofs of the Common Room building in Zalesie Królewskie 42, Świekatowo Commune, as well as preparation of the necessary as-built documentation.
