The municipality of Roosendaal is responsible for the sewerage management. The sewerage management can be divided into three layers: Direction, Service and Measures. The municipality of Roosendaal itself remains the director of the public space.

Services and measures are outsourced to third parties. On behalf of the municipality of Roosendaal, a third party is currently fulfilling the contract:

"Risk-based research and maintenance of the free-fall sewerage system".

The scope of the contract is to draw up a recovery advice based on the measure taken by the client, to carry out the repair advice approved by the client and to make an overhaul.
