The agreement shall cover the municipality’s extraordinary needs where the municipality cannot supply their own temporary staff (employees) in the municipality.

The aim is to establish parallel framework agreements with up to 8 tenderers.

All units within the care sector that could need external temporary staff will have the possibility to be able to use the framework agreement. The municipality needs both short-term and long-term temporary staff.

The delivery includes temporary staff who are authorised nurses, health professionals/assistant nurses and social educators, or other health personnel who are in demand within the framework of the contract.

The estimated annual value of the contract is NOK 40,000,000 for participating municipalities. The stipulated total contract value including an option for extension is approx. NOK 160,000,000. Amounts are guidelines and are based on last year's consumption and assessment of future needs. The maximum contract value is NOK 200,000,000. All the amounts are stated in NOK, excluding VAT.

The estimated contract value represents no obligation for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.
