The back office of the Social Domain department of the municipality of Helmond is looking for a software package to support the statutory tasks and municipal policy in the areas: WMO, youth, pupil transport, integration childcare (SMI) and the implementation of special assistance and minimum schemes. The back office is responsible for processing applications and indications for care and support requests for residents and for the financial settlement of the requests.

The assignment includes the delivery of the software, implementation, migration, maintenance, further development and consultancy. We want to conclude an agreement for four years. The agreement can then be renewed four times for two years. The maximum term of the agreement is 12 years.
