1. The subject of the contract are services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of Financial Instruments financing investments carried out in the Opolskie Voivodeship by entities having their registered office or branch in this region (Final Recipients), i.e.:

(a) Loan for ICT implementation,

(b) Loan for investment in SMEs,

(hereinafter referred to as the Loans). Details on the types of projects that may be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Metrics (hereinafter referred to as the Metrics) constituting appendices to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the PPU).

Detailed description in SWZ

Lot 1 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Loan for the implementation of ICT Financial Instrument and the granting, disbursement and settlement of at least 18 Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the "Metric of the Financial Instrument Loan for the implementation of ICT" from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Detailed Fund in the total amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount of declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 5% of the capital of the Financial Instrument).

The Contractor is obliged to pay at least 40% of the Loan Limit before the end of the Portfolio Construction Period, in accordance with the terms and conditions of granting Individual Loans specified in the PPU.

Lot 2 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for Investments in SMEs and the granting, disbursement and settlement of at least 53 Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the "Metric of the Financial Instrument Loan for Investments in SMEs" from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount of declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 5% of the capital of the Financial Instrument).

The Contractor is obliged to pay at least 40% of the Loan Limit before the end of the Portfolio Construction Period, in accordance with the terms and conditions of granting Individual Loans specified in the PPU

Lot 3 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for Investments in SMEs and the granting, disbursement and settlement of at least 71 Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the "Metric of the Financial Instrument Loan for Investments in SMEs" from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 20,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount of declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 5% of the capital of the Financial Instrument).
