The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and meadow and agricultural management, side use of the forest, to be carried out in the Narol Forest District in the year 2022. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and meadow and agricultural management, the side use of the forest resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of the Annex No 3.1. —size of works by activity groups, activities and location and annexes No 3.2-3.6 as described in SWZ in detail.
