The subject of the contract is the expansion of the currently owned environment through the delivery of a blade server system for the needs of the Court of Appeal in Lublin consisting of 32 blade servers, 4 blade enclosures, a management system for blade servers along with the implementation and provision of a 60-month warranty. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the expansion of the currently owned environment through the delivery of a blade server system for the needs of the Court of Appeal in Lublin consisting of 32 blade servers, 4 blade enclosures, a management system for blade servers along with the implementation and provision of a 60-month warranty. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 3.3.1 The subject of the contract is the delivery of thirty-two blade servers, four blade enclosures and a management system for blade servers along with the implementation and provision of a 60-month warranty for the delivered devices. 3.3.2 The subject of the contract includes, among others: a) delivery and implementation of thirty-two blade servers along with the provision of a 60-month warranty for the delivered devices – within 60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract; b) delivery and implementation of four pieces of cassette enclosures together with a 60-month warranty for the delivered devices – within 60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract; c) delivery and implementation of a management system for blade servers together with a 60-month warranty for the delivered system – within 60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract; 3.3.3 The scope of the installation and implementation service includes: a) installation of equipment; b) preparation of the Project Documentation, under which, within 3 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, the Contractor will execute the Implementation Project, which will include a schedule of activities and a full scope of implementation works, both in the passive and active part; c) The Contractor will be able to proceed with the installation and implementation services after approval of the Implementation Project by the Contracting Authority. Approval will take place no later than within 2 days from the date of submitting the project referred to in point b) to the Contracting Entity; d) the Contractor is responsible for the implementation of the delivered devices, including: installation of cassette system devices in cabinets and crossover of devices, LAN configuration in the scope described in the Implementation Project, installation and configuration of management software, tests of cassette systems in accordance with the scenarios from the Implementation Project; e) after the implementation, the basis for signing the final acceptance protocol is the submission by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority in electronic or paper form, of the As-built Documentation.
