Description:

Supply of medicinal and dietetic products

The subject of the order is the gradual delivery of: pharmaceutical products, including medicines, contrasts, infusion fluids and enteral and parenteral nutrition, medical devices and dietetic products in accordance with the assortment and delivery dates presented in detail in Annex 1A to the ToR, the assortment and price form in which estimated number of products systematised in 40 packages.

If the description of the subject of the order indicates any trademark, patent or origin - it should be assumed that the indicated patents, trademarks, origin specify technical, operational, functional and quality parameters, which means that the Ordering Party allows submitting an offer in this part of the subject of the contract with equivalent parameters technical, operational, functional and quality. Pursuant to Article 30 (5) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor who refers to equivalent is required to demonstrate that the item offered meets the expectations of the Employer.
