The North Karelia Procurement Department asks to submit a tender for car rental services for the contract period 1.5.2023 – 30.4.2025 + one (1) year option.

The service must comply with the requirements and quality and emission requirements of the European Union directly applicable legal acts, Finnish laws and regulations and regulations issued by the authorities.

The offer must be made in Finnish and is binding. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.
