The subject of the tender is the delivery to the terminal of the Ordering Party to Kutno of seven factory new terminal semi-trailers for the transport of containers.

Delivery of semi-trailers is carried out within the framework of the project: “Expansion of the intermodal container terminal in Kutno and purchase of equipment supporting its activities - POIS.03.02.00-00-0016/17”.

The provisions of the Public Procurement Law Act shall not apply to this procedure.

1. THE SCOPE OF THE OBJECT OF THE TENDER

The scope of the tender shall include the performance by the Supplier, among other things, of the following:

a. Manufacture of seven terminal semi-trailers, together with equipment in accordance with this specification;

b. Delivery to the terminal in Kutno with unloading and transfer to service together with all activities and necessary insurance, duties;

c. Development and transmission of complete technical documentation and instructions for use in paper and electronic versions in Polish or English;

d. Training of personnel indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of operation and maintenance;

e. Reception and registration of semi-trailers by competent institutions/authorities (e.g. TDT, UDT), provided that at the date of receipt it is required by law;

f. Ensuring full maintenance and warranty service.

Semitrailers will be designed and built in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party and in accordance with all applicable standards and regulations of European Union and Polish law.

The supplier must have experience in the design and manufacture of terminal semi-trailers.
