The subject of procure-basic procurement is the supply of electricity between 01.04.2022 and 31.03.2023r. to 286 intake points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 2 505,59 MWh, including: 1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the order) -1 954,63 MWh-list PPE constitutes Annex 1a to SWZ 2) For road lighting purposes (Part 2 of the order) -550,96 MWh-the list of PPE is Annex 1b SWZ. The Contracting Authority of Kętrzyn provides for the application of the option law for part 1 of the order-description in Chapter III.1 SWZ.Indicated above the forecast power consumption of electron. is indicative and may differ from the actual collected, during the period of the contract, the amount of energy.Reduction or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than having to pay for the amount of energy actually collected. The object of the order is the supply of electrics. with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3.Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract

1) basic order - 1,954.63 MWh, of this:

Zone I 1,059.52 MWh

Zone II 572.33 MWh

Zone III 322.78 MWh

2) option - 7.83 MWh

3) estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract basic order with the option of 1,962.46 MWh

The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.04.2022r. and 31.03.2023r, provided that the details of delivery times (commencement and completion) for individual collection points are described in Annex No 1a to SWZ column “Delivery period”.

5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

6. Option

The Contracting Authority — Kętrzyn Municipality — reserves the right to exercise the option in respect of point 18 (Annex No 1a to SWZ)

3.Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract 550.96 MWh, of which:

Zone I 138.55 MWh

4.Deliveries will take place between 01.04.2022r. and 31.03.2023r.

5.The electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire with effect on the day prior to the planned start date of supply (“Supply Period” column).

6.For all PPE, the seller change will happen once again.
