The subject of the contract includes the modernization of the lighting system in the City of Tomaszów Lubelski, which consists of the delivery and replacement of lighting fixtures as well as the construction and reconstruction of lighting sections as part of the task "Modernization of street lighting in the City of Tomaszów Lubelski".

4.2. The subject of the contract consists of the following tasks: 4.2.1. Delivery and replacement of luminaires, which includes: 1) Dismantling of existing luminaires, 2) delivery and installation of LED street luminaires on booms and poles, selection of luminaires guaranteeing the highest technical and functional requirements based on the minimum parameters defined in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ - Description of requirements for the efficiency and functionality of the modernized road lighting system in the City of Tomaszów Lubelski, 3) installation of power cables, protection for luminaires, insulated cable connectors, 4) delivery and installation of lighting cabinets equipped with a lighting cabinet controller managed from the control system, surge protection, "soft start" system with reactive power compensation, along with the elevation of measuring systems outside the area of transformer stations into the road lane and implementation of the required projects and arrangements, 5) installation of control elements in existing LED luminaires and their inclusion in the offered lighting control and management system, 6) replacement of park lighting poles with foundations and LED luminaires with lighting control and management system in places indicated by the Ordering Party, 7) installation of sockets with a plug for connecting Christmas lighting, 8) equipment and commissioning of the lighting control and monitoring system, 9) measurements of installed power and something φ for all modernized circuits lighting, 10) preparation of as-built documentation, 11) materials and luminaires owned by PGE Dystrybucja should be transferred to the relevant Energy Region. Removal of measuring and control systems from transformer stations should be carried out in consultation with the relevant Energy District, 12) utilization of dismantling materials owned by the City, the Investor reserves the right to indicate any number of dismantled lighting fixtures to be transferred to the Investor's warehouse. As part of the above-mentioned task, the City will replace 1817 light points, move 66 light points, add 118 light points, modernize 778 light points and rebuild 78 lighting control points with reactive power compensation, program 113 light points, install 80 sockets for Christmas lighting. 4.2.2. Construction and reconstruction of lighting sections, which includes: a) Reconstruction of street lighting on Sikorskiego Street, consisting of:  designing 2 complete columns,  foundation on a prefabricated foundation of poles with a height of 9 m with a single boom,  replacement of LED street luminaires on existing poles and installation of muffs on the existing cable,  integration of all new LED luminaires into the lighting control and management system,  drilling and cabling construction,  preparation of detailed designs and arrangements for additional poles. b) Reconstruction of lighting in the parking lot and construction of lighting for the OSiR Tomaszów Lub. athletic track, consisting of:  dismantling and foundation on the foundation of prefabricated aluminum columns with a height of 4 m,  installation of street luminaires and LED floodlights,  installation of LED floodlights with brackets on the roof of the stands,  inclusion in the lighting control and management system, c) Arrangements with PGE to take the lighting cabinets into a road-strip (with replacement with new ones equipped with lighting cabinet controllers managed from the control system, B+C surge protection, "soft start" system with reactive power compensation system) and ordering the construction and connection of new ZL (counter-EC connectors) to PGE on behalf of the Ordering Party. The costs of connection fees shall be borne by the Ordering Party. Execution of the design and documentation and occupation of the road lane to change the location of lighting cabinets with circuits from the transformer station into the road lane (transfer of cables, washing).
