The subject of the Order is:

1) providing a service consisting in a reliable and professional control of tickets and documents entitling to reduced or free travel in public transport vehicles operating in the City of Gorzów Wielkopolski and neighbouring municipalities that have concluded an appropriate agreement with the City;

2) debt collection and enforcement of receivables imposed by the Contractor on account of additional fees for transport services, handling fees and other fees for the use of public transport;

3) maintaining at least one Customer Service Office, enabling the submission of appeals against the imposed additional fees, complaints and complaints, and making payments for issued requests for payment.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to inspect tickets in public transport vehicles also by other units.
