A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annex to the SWZ. It includes m.in: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Polanka Wielka Commune, where residents live, in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 - referred to in point 2 of the OPZ, 2) equipping the property with bags intended for waste collection - referred to in point 3 of the OPZ, 3) organizing and conducting a one-off action of a mobile selective waste collection point in the Polanka Wielka Commune - MPSZOK and equipping the points with containers for used batteries and expired medicines - referred to in point 4 of the OPZ, 4) organizing and running a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point – PSZOK – referred to in point 5 of the OPZ, 5) providing each property with a schedule for collecting municipal waste covering the entire period of 2023 together with an instruction / leaflet on the principles of waste segregation and return – referred to in point 6 of the OPZ, 6) compliance by the Contractor with the limits of received / received waste – referred to in point 7 of the OPZ.
