Brief Contract Description.

The contract to be tendered by Dumfries and Galloway Health Board (the ‘Authority’) is for the direct provision of a Reactve Maintenance Roofing Contractor.

The Reactive Maintenance Roofing Contractor will be expected to address any flat or pitched roof failures on all NHSDG properties in a professional manner leading to a speedy resolution of any problems that may affect the efficient delivery of services by NHSDG. Scope of works could range from patching flat roofs to striping and replacing slates on low to high level pitched roofs including associated lead works.

The Authority wishes to advise that the issue of documents does not commit the Authority to proceed with the appointment of a supplier to this contract.

The Authority shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by suppliers in connection with the tender process for this Contract.
