The subject matter of the order is a framework agreement with a single company for the creation or adaptation of software* or web applications on the basis of a contract for work and, if agreed below, maintenance after acceptance and/or further development and adaptation together with services and other services related to the subject matter of the order, in particular web hosting and web administration.

The maximum call-off volume under the framework agreement is EUR 6,722,690 (net) and EUR 8,000,000 (gross). There is no minimum purchase quantity. The client has the right to terminate the individual call-offs under this framework agreement with a notice period of five working days.

The services of the contractor include, in particular, the assumption of the support and maintenance as well as the development and further development of web applications including the respective underlying content management or shop system used for the operation of the website (website or web application including CMS or shop system "software" within the meaning of this contract) as well as supplementary accompanying services such as project management and provision of consulting, Service and support including web server administration and web hosting. All of these services also include the preparation of the corresponding documentation. The implementation of software-related maintenance services as well as adaptations and further developments of web applications is regularly carried out at source code level. Maintenance, adaptations and/or further development of the CMS/shop system are also regularly carried out at source code level.
