1. Preamble

AB Alingsåshem invites tenders in the procurement for the service of burglar alarms, fire alarms and passing systems, according to the conditions set out in this procurement document with attachments.

AB Alingsåshem carries out this procurement on behalf of Alingsås Municipality, AB Alingsåshem, Fabs AB and Fasitetskoncernen Alingsås Rådhus.

1.1 General description of the procurement

The purpose of the procurement is to sign a framework agreement with a supplier for a full-service mission of fire alarm, burglar alarm and pass system for AB Alingsåshem, Fabs AB and Alingsås Municipality.

At the time of procurement, the assignment is subject to the items and properties shown in the attached Facility Lists, however, items may be accrued and waived during the contract period.

1.2 Contract form

The forthcoming agreement is a framework agreement with defined conditions without a volume guarantee, which is intended to be signed with a (1) supplier.

The award of contracts will take place on the basis of evaluation the most economically advantageous and the award basis price.
