This is a prior announcement that Stark intends to use 'negotiated procedure without prior announcement' ex. Art. 3.36 Procurement Act. This is not a tender, but a declaration of an intention.

The schedule is a fictitious schedule related to mandatory input fields that do not apply to the present procedure.

Stark intends to award a contract without prior notice for the purchase of cardboard boxes and plastic bags for a period of eight months from 1.5.2021 to the current supplier (s). Stark feels compelled to do so after, as a result of factors that lie to a significant extent outside Stark's sphere of risk and influence, and insufficiently for a longer period than the additional period to be contracted now, the demand for this type of service can become determined. In Stark's opinion, the contract period is too short and a tendering procedure is therefore not proportional.
