"The new school campus consists of the two-storey school complex with a schoolhouse and two classroom buildings in the north as well as a single-storey canteen in the south-eastern part of the property, which slides into the grounds and is exposed on two sides. The difference in height between school / schoolyard is overcome inside the canteen via an entrance pavilion with elevator and a single staircase.
In accordance with the guiding principle "Well Protected", the three components of the school each receive a hipped roof with a metal covering and a skylight fireplace.
Between the school and the canteen, the schoolyard stretches and extends to the roof of the dining room. A façade made of facing stone is planned for all buildings. The building incisions at the entrances are given a rear-ventilated larch wood cladding. The facades are clearly structured with a change of short and long window strips."
Execution of the work - exposed screed including all ancillary work according to the specifications as part of the construction project for the new school building.
