The State Office for Refugee Affairs intends to outsource operating services for the refugee accommodation at Wotanstraße 2-3 in 10365 Berlin. The operator is responsible for the management of the accommodation, the reception and accommodation of the persons assigned by the client, the social counselling and care of the assigned persons, the provision and management of the accommodation. The catering of the assigned persons is not the subject of the provision of services.

In all likelihood, the expected start of services is between 01.10.2023 and 01.12.2023.
