Task 1:

The object of the order is the emptying of street and park baskets and the maintenance of the current cleanliness of the city areas in Legionowo and the underground passage of the Legionowo station.

Exercise 2:

The object of the order is the collection and development of permanent impurities from the objects of the Municipality Legionowo Municipality of the Legionowo City Office.

2. Current range:

1) daily emptying of 480 pieces of street and park baskets, replacement of bin cartridges, transport of waste and landscaping, keeping clean around the baskets,

2) daily maintenance in the current cleanliness of the underpass of the Legionowo station with winter removal of slipperiness with an area of 478,2 m2, maintenance in the current cleanliness of streets, pedestrian and urban areas with a total paved area of 41.460,2 m2, with a total area of the land discount and roadside 23.417,60 and street lengths 3.100 mb,

3) washing 480 pieces of street and park baskets including cartridges and caps 1 time a month.

3. Periodic scope:

1) washing and removal of dirt from floors, stairs, handrails and the interior of elevators in the underground passage of Legionowo Station — estimated quantity 1 once a week — estimated area: 2280 m2,

2) cleansing and removing permanent impurities from the indicated sites 1 time a week with a total area of 8.697.8 m2 and a street length of 300 mb.

4. Intervention scope: in intervention for telephone or personal additional emptying of baskets and cleaning of the area around them.

5. The scope of the additional order:

1) washing of plinths, walls painted with emulsion, glaze, steel blinds in the underground passage of Legionowo station, estimated quantity 1 time per month — estimated area: 774.05 m2

2) mechanical treatment of postimum local streets with pollution exports and waste management in accordance with applicable regulations — estimated length 97 km,

3. Mechanical treatment of summer municipal streets with pollution exports and waste management in accordance with applicable regulations — estimated length: 600 km,

4) sweeping of pedestrian strings with pollution export and waste management in accordance with applicable regulations — estimated quantity: 970000 m2,

5) mowing the road lanes of streets and urban areas with waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations — estimated quantity: 2500000 m2,

6) Special Events Service — estimated quantity: no more than 5 events organized by the City Office for the distribution of portable baskets, emptying them during the event and the use of waste according to applicable regulations — estimated quantity: 50 bags of baskets portable,

7) manual cleansing of waste land in accordance with applicable regulations — estimated quantity: 970000 m2,

8) the acquisition and management of waste collected in plastic bags during intervention actions organized by the Municipal Economy Division of the Legionowo City Office and the Municipal Guard in Legionowo — estimated quantity: 600 m3,

9) raking of leaves on green spaces with waste management in accordance with applicable regulations — estimated quantity: 900000 m2,

10) acquisition and development of leaves from road lanes accumulated in bags — estimated quantity: 200 m3,

11) removal by means of herbicides (herbicides) of ruderal weeds in the areas indicated by the Ordering Party — estimated quantity: 10000 m2.

6. During the lifetime of the contract, the contractor shall be obliged to:

1) to have the current entry in the register of regulated activities in the field of collection of municipal waste from property owners in Legionov, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities,

2) having the current entry in the Register of Enrolleers of Products, Products in Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) maintained by the Marshal of the Voivodeship referred to in Article 49 (1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste for Transport of Municipal Waste (Code 20 03 01) and waste from cleaning of streets and squares (code 20 03 03)

8. Data for the building on March Street. J. Piłsudski 41:

1) Type, quantity and capacity of appliances: 4 x SM 1100 l for the collection of solid impurities (containers: 1 pc paper, 1 pc glass, 1 pc plastic/metal, 1 pc not segregated (mixed) municipal waste), 1 x 120l for the collection of impurities (biodegradable kitchen waste);

2) Determination of parties in terms of rental of containers: property of the Contractor;

3) Export frequency (timing)

(a) 2 x SM 1100 once every two weeks (with codes: 20 01 02 — glass, 20 01 39/20 01 40 — plastics/metals) on Thursdays (starting 13.01.2022) and/or on a telephone call,

(b) 1 x 120l once a fortnight (with codes: 20 01 08 — Biodegradable kitchen waste) on Thursdays (starting with 13.01.2022) and/or on a telephone call

(c) 2 x SM 1100 twice a week (with codes: 20 01 01 — paper and cardboard, 20 03 01 — not segregated (mixed) municipal waste) on Tuesdays and Thursdays and/or by telephone call.

9. Data for the building at B. Chrobrego Street 50B, 05-120 Legionowo

1) Type, quantity and capacity of appliances: 4 x SM 1100 l for the collection of solid impurities (containers: 1 pc paper, 1 pc glass, 1 pc plastic/metal, 1 pc not segregated (mixed) municipal waste, 1 x 120l for the collection of impurities (biodegradable kitchen waste);

2) Determination of parties in terms of rental of containers: property of the Contractor;

3) Export frequency (timing)

(a) 1 x SM 1100 once every two weeks (with codes: 20 01 02) on Thursdays (starting with 13.01.2022) and/or on a telephone call,

(b) 1 x 120l once a fortnight (with codes: 20 01 08 — Biodegradable kitchen waste) on Thursdays (starting with 13.01.2022) and/or on a telephone call

(c) 2 x SM 1100 once a week (with codes: 20 01 39/20 01 40 — plastics/metals, 20 01 01 — paper and paperboard, on Thursdays and/or by telephone call

d) 1 x SM 1100 twice a week (with codes 1 x 20 03 01 — not segregated (mixed) municipal waste) on Tuesdays and Thursdays and/or by telephone call

4) Container KP-7 (code 20 02 01 — Biodegradable waste, 20 03 07 — bulky waste) delivery and reception on call.

10. The Contracting Authority estimates the quantity of exports of 494 pcs of 1100l containers, 52 pcs of 120l containers and 10 pcs of KP-7 containers during the course of the contract in question. The quantities and frequencies of exports are estimates and does not constitute the value of the contractor's remuneration, they only serve to compare the tenders in price terms. The actual quantity and frequency may change, which will not affect the unit prices of the services provided.

The Contractor is obliged to provide waste containers in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on a detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2028).

12. The cost of lease of the supplied containers shall be taken into account in the unit prices for the collection of fixed impurities.

13. During the duration of the contract, the contractor shall be obliged to:

1) to have the current entry in the register of regulated activities in the field of collection of municipal waste from property owners in Legionov, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities,

2) to have an up-to-date entry in the Register of Enters of Products, Products in Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) maintained by the Marshal of the Voivodeship referred to in Article 49 (1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste in the transport of waste subject to orders.
