Implementation of educational school child care and, if necessary, all-day care based on the "Framework for Educational School Child Care at Public Primary Schools in Freiburg" from the school year 2022/2023 at the following schools:

- Lot 1: Adolf Reichwein School,

- Lot 2: Emil Thoma School,

- Lot 3: margrave school,

- Lot 4: Schönberg School,

- Lot 5: Vigelius School 1.

For each lot, an educational concept for the implementation of the care at the respective school must be submitted.

Lots 2, 3 and 4: Only school childcare takes place at these schools. A cooperation agreement (see sample Annex 3a) is concluded with the selected provider, which includes childcare on all school days and holiday care.

Lots 1 and 5: All-day care and school child care take place at these schools, as they are all-day schools in accordance with Section 4a of the Schools Act for Baden-Württemberg (SchG). 2 cooperation agreements are concluded with the selected provider, which include all-day care (see model Appendix 3b) and school child care (see model Appendix 3c) on all school days and holiday care.

The exact description of the tasks results from the respective cooperation agreement.

The bidder may submit his offers for a maximum of 2 lots (lot limit).

When submitting a bid, the bidder must prioritize these for several lots.

If no prioritization is communicated, the lot counts as first priority, whereupon fewer bidders have submitted an offer.

If offers are submitted for 3 or more lots, only the first 2 priorities will be considered according to the prioritization.

It is a social and other special service according to § 130 GWB (EU).
