The Agglomeration of the Region of Compiègne and Lower Autumn acquired the military site of the Staff School after its move in 2012.

The community subsequently embarked on a major rehabilitation program of the site through the partial sale of buildings to real estate developers and the requalification of public spaces.

As the agglomeration wants to open the site on the city, the work programme also provides for the opening of the perimeter walls with the attachment of a heritage architect. A first consultation was awarded in 2020 regarding the bulk and masonry lots.

The purpose of this consultation is to relaunch the ironwork/painting lot relating to the development work of six entrances.

In order to allow for a better understanding of the project, the description of lots 1 and 2 of the previous consultation was left in the CCTP, which are as follows:

— lot no. 1 “Gros-oeuvre”: company SPIE Batignolles Nord (02300 Chauny);

— lot no. 2 “Masonry and cut stone”: company Léon Noël (60700 Fleurines).

The work is described in six distinct phases:

— phase 1: entrance course Guynemer;

— phase 2: entrance rue d'Ulm;

— phase 3: entrance rue Dame Segaude;

— phase 4: entrance rue de l'Arquebuse;

— phase 5: entrance Othenin Street — North side;

— phase 6: entrance Othenin Street — South side.
