Foras Áiseanna Saothair (the “Contracting Authority”), the Training Authority, is seeking to establish a series of multisupplier framework (minimum of 5 participants) agreements for the following professional specialist services. Each Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years.

— Strategic Development / Planning and Related Services particularly in relation to the development of a strategy for the FET (Further Education and Training) Sector;

— Change Management/Business Process re-engineering;

— Project Development;

— Project Management;

— Management Information Systems;

— Performance Management and measurement in respect of the development of matrices for the measurement of the effectiveness of the FET Sector;

— Organisational Design.
