The municipality of Alfter is planning the construction of a new cultural and sports hall with recreational use on the roof. The construction site is adjacent to a primary school.

The basement is built in solid construction in the ground. The base plate is produced in WU concrete quality. The waterproofing of the walls is done as a black tub. From the ground floor, the timber structure will be built with V-columns, truss girders and wooden ceilings as the building end. The roof is used as a sports area.

A blower door test is created in the building. Accordingly, all building connections must be made airtight.
