The objective of this tender is to conclude an Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) contract for the two (2) KDC-10 aircraft of the RNLAF for an initial period from 1.1.2014 until 1.7.2015 (1 1/2 years).

This period of performance may optionally be extended with two times (2x) six (6) months.

ILM consists of at least the following services:

— Scheduled A- and C-check including material and parts according to the low utilization program (see Annex 5 with the aircraft utilization aspects)

— On Site Assistance including necessary tooling and equipment at the home base Eindhoven Airport and any other location worldwide including 'Out of Area' on a 24 hours notice (Eindhoven Air Base) and 48 hours notice (within Europe) and 72 hours notice (remaining locations)

— Drop in maintenance at Contractors facility on a 24/7/365 basis

— Component Maintenance

— As from 1.5.2014 Contractor should be able to reproduce the workpackage (jobcards) under reference of the RNLAF Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)

— Maintenance Engineering under EASA 145 approval or equivalent
