The subject of this contract is comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Municipality of Kamienna Góra and subordinate units for a period of 48 months from 1 January 2024.

The subject of this contract is comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Municipality of Kamienna Góra and subordinate units for a period of 48 months from 1 January 2024.

Banking services will include (taking into account the needs of all units):

1. opening and maintaining bank accounts,

2. providing an electronic banking system for handling bank accounts for all organizational units of the Ordering Party,

3. providing mass payment services,

4. execution of domestic and foreign transfer orders from the accounts of the Contracting Authority and its organizational units (submitted electronically and on paper),

5. providing cost-free cash services in the field of own payments and withdrawals of the Contracting Authority and organizational units, without charging it with any fees in this respect,

6. accepting payments to the Ordering Party via POS terminals,

7. issuing and servicing payment cards,

8. generating and forwarding bank statements to the Contracting Authority and its organizational units,

9. issuing documents to the extent resulting from the provision of banking services,

10. providing a bank advisor dedicated to cooperation with the Ordering Party, including its organizational units,

11. interest rate on cash,

12. Short-term credit facility in the budget overdraft.
