The subject of the contract is to conduct public advertising and promotion and to create a positive image of the Municipality of Dąbrowa Górnicza carried out by a sports team taking part in league competitions in the highest sports class.

The order consists of elements as follows:

1. Each time, during league seasons in the years: 2022/2023; 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026 application of a sports team to participate in league games under the name containing in its final part the phrase: "Dąbrowa Górnicza".

2. Participation in league games during the above-mentioned league seasons, under the name containing in its final part the phrase "Dąbrowa Górnicza" on sports facilities located in the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza, with particular emphasis on the facility entitled: Zygmunt Cybulski Sports and Entertainment Hall "Center" in Dą-browa Górnicza, at Al. Róż 3, 41-300 Dąbrowa Górnicza.

3. 3. Exposing the full name of the Contractor's Team, including the phrase "Dąbrowa Górnicza" during interviews, publications, press releases and media and promotional events related to the Contractor's Team.

4. Each time during the term of the contract, placing on invitations, posters, gadgets in a visible place: LOGO OF THE CITY OF DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA in accordance with the graphic attachment constituting Annex 1 to the contract.

5. Each time during the term of the contract, placing in the publications, informational, promotional and advertising materials issued by the Contractor and on the Contractor's website:

a. LOGO OF THE CITY OF DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA with dimensions of at least 6.0 x 2.0 cm - in accordance with the graphic attachment constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement.

b. internet banners with the LOGO OF THE CITY OF DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA – in accordance with the graphic attachment constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement.

6. Placing each time during the term of the contract on the uniforms of players, coaches, team members of the Contractor (match uniforms, pre-match uniforms, representative tracksuits LOGO OF THE CITY OF DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA - in accordance with the graphic attachment constituting Annex 1 to the contract and displaying the logotype in a manner visible to the public and the media during league games and during training.

7. Execution and placing in a visible place on sports facilities used by the Contractor during the games at least:

a. 10 pcs. flag of the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza - in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract.

b. one advertising and promotional balloon with a height of 3 m with the DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA LOGO - in accordance with the graphic attachment constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement.

c. one banner measuring 5x1m with the DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA LOGO in accordance with the graphic attachment constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement.

d. one banner with dimensions of at least 4x4m with the LOGO OF DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA in accordance with the graphic attachment constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement.

e. placing on the plate the sports facility of the LOGO OF THE CITY OF DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA with minimum dimensions of 3x1 m.

8. Using the name of the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza, presenting its symbols and promotional materials during away competitions and during speeches, interviews, press and television conferences.

9. Creating a positive image of Dąbrowa Górnicza in the media as a city creating conditions for the development and dissemination of sport and recreation during speeches, interviews, press and television conferences.

10. Guaranteeing the participation of players in all promotional and charity campaigns organized by the City (provided that they do not interfere with the schedule of games), including participation in video materials implemented by the City, as well as clips and advertising spots promoting Dąbrowa events.

11. Promoting the positive image of the City referred to above, in particular as part of the following activities:

a) organize in each league season a minimum of 4 meetings with children and youth from Dąbrowa educational institutions lasting a minimum of 2 hours, in the Sports and Entertainment Hall "Centrum" and Zygmunt Cybulski in Dąbrowa Górnicza, aimed at educational and preventive activities on the subject of:

- development of physical culture,

- safe and cultural doping,

- "fair play" rules,

- reasonable management of free time,
