The Brønnøysund register centre shall enter into a 3 year contract for the procurement of dealer services for Red hat software with the accompanying support and maintenance services. The contract shall cover the purchase of software with associated support and maintenance services and other services the dealer can offer. A response time agreement with a defined stand-by scheme and response time in connection with critical errors in our systems shall also be established.

The Brønnøysund register centre has the unilateral right to prolong the initial 3 year agreement for further 1+1+1+1 year on verbatim terms.
