Bookkeeping, annual financial statements and corporate tax returns of SPRIND GmbH and 12 subsidiaries, execution of financial and payroll accounting with subsequent preparation of annual financial statements as well as preparation of company tax returns

SPRIND is looking for a long-term partner for the classic reserved tasks of a tax consultancy company. Tax advice will be limited to current business transactions, a strategic advisory component is not included in the scope of services. The focus is on the processing of day-to-day business as well as the preparation of business evaluations. Based on this data, annual financial statements and tax returns are to be prepared.

Overview of service packages:

1. Financial accounting - account assignment of business transactions including cost center/cost unit accounting, reconciliation of monthly financial accounting and preparation of evaluations for SPRIND and its subsidiaries (optional)

2. Payroll accounting - preparation of payroll accounting for the employees of SPRIND and its subsidiaries (optional)

3. Preparation of quarterly interim financial statements for SPRIND (optional)

4. Preparation of annual financial statements for SPRIND and its subsidiaries incl. disclosure/filing in the Federal Gazette

5. Preparation of annual company tax returns and advance tax returns, the e-balance sheet and their transmission to the tax authorities
