3.1. The object of the order is to conduct winter maintenance of roads administered by the Provincial Roads District of Kętrzyn during the winter seasons 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 with a breakdown into 3 parts.
3.2. The execution of the order will take place in accordance with the Description of the Object of the Order (OPZ) in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
3.3. During the period of implementation of the contract, the contractor is obliged to dispose of the persons necessary for the proper and timely execution of the contract.
3.4. The contract will be implemented in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Law of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1740 as amended) and the Law of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended) and an agreement, a model of which constitutes a model. Annex 5 to SWZ.
