Our aim in tendering this contract is to provide excellent cloud, WAN and IT Managed Services at a consistent standard, delivering value for money and an efficient service for our users. Our requirements are set out more broadly in the Specification, but comprise:
— Colocation services;
— Cloud services;
— WAN services;
— Data centre LAN services;
— Backup services;
— Disaster Recovery (DR) services;
— Managed services;
— Security;
— Service Management;
— Other Services.
Viridian are yet to determine the contract length, however it will be either 2 years with the possibility of a 1-year extension or 3 years with no extension. Therefore, you have been provided with 2 pricing schedules to return and complete to reflect this.
