The overall time frame for the completion of the works is 36 months. This consultation consists of a firm and two optional units firm: rehabilitation of building G, construction of new dwellings, construction of temporary premises and various works each lot will be allocated separately. This consultation is part of a transaction comprising 15 lots of which lot 5 has been declared without action. This lot is relaunched in a way broken down into lots 5a and 5b.
