The object of the order is the establishment and care of greenery and the mowing of grass in 2022 on the territory administered by the Department of Real Estate Management in the Wola District of Warsaw, including the monuments register, in TZOM Nowolipki.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the provisions of the public procurement agreement, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the contract provisions forming an integral part of the SWZ.
The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee on the activities of planting (and plant material) of shrubs and trees for a period of 36 months and 2 months for planted seasonal flowers, calculated from the date of drawing up the internal protocol for acceptance of services related to the establishment and care of greens, which is annex 6 to the proposed provisions of the contract.
In addition, the guarantee for technical materials (eco-bord edges, fences, etc.) and their installation shall be 48 months and shall count from the date of drawing up the internal protocol for acceptance of services related to the establishment and care of greens, which is annex 6 to the designed the provisions of the contract.
Employment requirements on the basis of employment in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 (1) of the Law Pzp.
1. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ persons carrying out the performance of the contract, as defined in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended), i.e. in particular persons carrying out the services of setting up and care of greens.
2. The method of verification of employment, the authority of the contractor to control compliance with the requirements relating to the employment of those persons and the sanctions for failure to comply with those requirements shall be defined by the proposed contract provisions which are an integral part of the SWZ.
