Municipal procurement competes with a framework agreement on furniture, with product areas: study furniture and nursing furniture. Suppliers may submit offers in one or more product areas. Customers have had two (2) options to choose from when joining the framework agreement: priority or lighter tendering. Customers have been able to commit to the same operating model across all product areas or to different operating models across product areas. All bidders meeting the requirements of the invitation to tender will be selected for each product area, but at least two (2) bidders. The suppliers selected for each product area will be suppliers both in the priority order and the lighter tender model. Customers buy from suppliers in accordance with their business model. Therefore, when setting up a framework agreement, different suppliers will not be selected in parallel for the priority model and the lighter tender model.
