This framework agreement, concluded in the form of purchase order contracts, covers 2nd and 3rd category safety and health protection (SPS) coordination missions on the
territory of the whole of Normandy, namely the departments (14), (27), (50), (61), (76) in the context of the operations of standard new construction buildings, specific buildings, maintenance, rehabilitation (existing assets, thermal assets, etc.), reuse, acquisition, improvement and renovation on behalf of LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE. The successful candidates will be solicited for a subsequent contract, each in turn in the rotation on the basis of the ranking of the tenders resulting from the framework agreement.
Category 2 Safety and Health Protection (SPS) Coordination MissionsCASE A: Safety and Health Protection (SPS) coordination missions for standard new construction operations:
a)Operations between €100 million and €1 million excl. VAT
b) Operations between €1 million excluding VAT and €3 million excluding VAT
c) Operations above €3 million excl. VAT
CASE B: Coordination missions in terms of safety and health protection (SPS) for the construction operations of specific establishments:
a)Operations between €100 million and €1 million excl. VAT
b) Operations between €1 million excluding VAT and €3 million excluding VAT
c) Operations above €3 million excl. VAT
CAS C: Coordination missions in terms of safety and health protection (SPS) for the acquisition, improvement, reuse, maintenance and rehabilitation of existing assets:
a)Operations between €100 million and €1 million excl. VAT
b) Operations between €1 million excluding VAT and €3 million excluding VAT
c) Operations above €3 million excl. VAT
This framework agreement is concluded in the form of a purchase order contract with no minimum or maximum amount and no minimum quantity, but with a maximum quantity of 75 operations per year, lots 1 and 2 combined:
Lot 1: Maximum quantity of 55 operations
Lot 2: Maximum quantity of 20 operations
1 transaction = 1 purchase order / 1 call-up
All the tasks entrusted to the SPS Coordinator are indicated in the common CCTP.
