The contest concerns a framework agreement for service and maintenance of ventilation systems with materials. Systems under warranty are exempt. The framework agreement can also include new installations where this is not part of a larger contract. The supplier will provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the supplier, unless the contracting authority requires otherwise.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured for approx. NOK 250,000 excluding VAT per year on average. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.

Anticipated annual volume: NOK 2.5 million to NOK 600,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 3 million, excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one supplier.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
