This Invitation to Tender describes the conditions, requirements and wishes of the Contracting Authority with regard to the European procurement Automated Information System HRM/Salary Processing

& related services. This tender is carried out with the public procedure and the award criterion best price and quality ratio.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the provision of an automated information system HRM/Salary processing including implementation services and related services. The agreement has an initial period of 3 years and the Contracting Authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of 12 times 1 year. This assignment is not divided into plots. Registration for part of the contract is not permitted and leads to the exclusion of further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents a total indicative value of €825,000.00 over the period of 15 years.
