The 43 Lüftungsinstallation

It is planned to equip the extension of the Rudolf Tarnow School with a central ventilation system. For this purpose, an HVAC unit with 25,400.00m3/h is installed on the roof by means of a support system.

The ventilation unit must also be optically concealed with a slat housing.

The main sewer pipes (distribution lines exhaust air and supply air) are mounted on the roof and must be energetically insulated. Protection of the insulation is provided by a sheet metal jacket.

By means of roof passages, the channels are led into the ground floor and upper floor level in the building. Here, false ceiling areas are used for further distribution of the lines as well as for housing silencers and volume flow controllers. The supply air and exhaust air ducts of the classrooms on the upper floor are to be mounted above the cabinet walls on the classroom and corridor side.

The air outlets shall be installed in the false ceiling.

A central control system must be set up to operate the ventilation system.

Fire and smoke protection areas must be sealed by means of fire dampers.
