The subject of this sub-assignment is a complete architectural assignment, including all studies on stability and techniques, for the redevelopment of a site with an existing church building into a new building with min. 16 social rental homes, a liturgical space, a space for food distribution, a nursery and an underground parking garage in Berchem, corner Pervijzestraat & Geluwestraat.

The object of this sub-contract is a complete infrastructure contract for the construction of a new public domain on the site of the forecourt of the existing church building.
