The subject of the contract is the supply of WAN routers type 1, type 2 and type 3 along with software and granting a 36-month warranty. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
The subject of the contract includes, among others:
a) delivery to the locations indicated by the Ordering Party of WAN type 1 routers in the amount of 8 pieces together with the necessary software – within no more than 80 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and granting a 36-month warranty for the delivered devices and providing technical support to the manufacturer for a period of 36 months;
b) delivery to the locations of WAN type 2 routers indicated by the Ordering Party in the amount of 2 pieces together with the necessary software – within no more than 80 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and granting a 36-month warranty for the delivered devices and providing technical support to the manufacturer for a period of 36 months;
c) delivery to the locations indicated by the Ordering Party of WAN type 3 routers in the amount of 68 pieces together with the necessary software – within no more than 80 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and granting a 36-month warranty for the delivered devices and providing technical support to the manufacturer for a period of 36 months.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The provisions important for the parties are contained in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. If the tender documentation indicates the trademark, patent origin, source or specific process that characterizes the supplies or services provided by a specific Contractor (in particular the trade name of the form, good or product), the Ordering Party – in relation to the parameters or data (technical or any other) directly indicated in the tender documentation, identifying directly or indirectly the goods or product – allows equivalent solutions in accordance with the the technical data and parameters contained in the abovementioned documentation, and each such reference shall bear the reference 'or equivalent'. As equivalent solutions, solutions characterized by parameters not inferior to those required and contained in the documentation should be understood. If the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party shall accept solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, and each such reference shall be marked with "or equivalent". The required conditions, including guarantees and warranties, are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Model Agreement – Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
