1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a subscription to office software for the needs of employees, students and doctoral students together with a package of cloud services (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Products).

2. The offered Products are to be standard products – commonly available on the market (Commercial off the-shelf - COTS).

3. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of Products on the terms and conditions provided by the software manufacturer for educational institutions.

4. The lead time is 36 (thirty-six) months. The date of making the service available is the time up to the 10th (tenth) day from signing the agreement. During this time, the Ordering Party retains the right to update the number of ordered licenses.

5. The subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the order is the delivery of licenses in the form of subscriptions under the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions, including the Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus office suite for 1,492 employees along with a free benefit license for all students of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, for a period of 36 months counted from the date of activation of the product key by the Ordering Party.
